I second that one, but shooting is too good for them. They should be made to suffer for a very long time.
Could there be some conection between this and London getting the Olympics....you never can tell, there are some very twisted people out there!
Not only do we let them into our country at the drop of a hat (I will add that I am by no means racist, or have no complaints about genuine assylum seekers), but they have more rights than people born in this country!

Jake was only in the same road yesterday, and we visit the hospital regurarly, for our daughter.

Yes there are harsher words but that doesn't help the people involved, lets just hope that there are no further blasts.

I should have been on the tube between Euston and Kings Cross. It was only due to me deciding to catch a later train from Stafford to Euston that I was not in London first thingh this morning. I was advised not to travel to London.

Spent 2 hours trying to reach a work colleague who was waiting to meet me at Bank station.

Thoughts go out to everyone caught up in this mahem.

Clear up
It's nearly the weekend - do you think they will be looking for volunteers for the clear up?

Or does health and safety mean we do everything 'properly', and leave it to the governments departements (be it council, army etc).

Just heard Ken Livingstones words on TV and totally agree with everything he said.
We will not be beaten by terrorism.
The British people will always stick together.
This has affected people of all races, colours and religious beliefs.
And most of all we owe a dept of gratitude to all those of the emmergency services who have been called on to deal with todays attack.

Obviously all our thoughts are with the victims and their familys.

again my thoughts go out to the families, freinds colluegues of those who are involved.

I'm off sick recovering from a procedure under general anthesia however my thoughts are with the all emergency services who are battling again against the low lifes of this world in treating the and rescuing the wounded.

These coward terrorists will NEVER defeat us, You may disrupt us but these events will make us stronger.
My heart goes out to the many innocent victims and their families who were just going about their daily business.

And we were only checking out MAJAX gear Last week

It certainly looks like a carefully timed act, as the worlds media is still focused on London & indeed Britain.

I can also sympathise with the Emergency services that are having to cope with it all, let alone how I feel for the persons involved

My wife received a call from a woman crying her eyes out at about 11am this morning...... she immediately blurted out that she had just got of the bus and it exploded behind her   She then realised she had got the wrong number, intended to call her brother. Eeek.

My sister, unknown to me, passed through Kings Cross at 8.49 .... my parents have been frantic as obviosuly mobile comms have been down, but luckily she has just called them from Brussels (her final destination).

It just made the whole thing hurt a little a more for me.

I work out at Heathrow and live in Greenwich - the other side of London. The unofficial word on site is that Al Qaeda had teams at both London and Paris, waiting to see who won.
Now 33 dead.
My sympathies to any one injured and the families and friends of those that died.
I am going to work tomorrow. B*gger them.

Well said Nige.

Your signature line about Ken Livingstone made me think...... He actually said something sensible today that we can all agree with. He echoed your sentiments.

There are many comments on the BBC website, some from people in New York and Madrid. Most of whom are taking the same approach. Don't let them win. And they are fully qualified to comment.

Nobody has picked up on this on the news but the bus should have been near Kings Cross but had been diverted followng (I think) a mistake by the driver.
Sounds to me like they were after timing it to happen when people were getting away from the underground.

That's one of their tactics.

I think me and Jude were lucky today, a ticket warden at the Cockfosters car park told me he wasn't sure if the tube was running because earlier on they had power problems ,he said to leave the car without paying the ticket and to check if their had been any developments if they were running to then buy a parking ticket if not then you don't waste the parking money. We went to have a word with the guards they said the tubes were working but with delays this was at 8.30am. A train was about to leave the station Cockfosters to Heathrow we were getting off at Green park but I had to go back and pay my parking ticket. The train left ,I had to get a later one that only got as far as Turnpike Lane. My journey should have put me on the King's Cross/ Russell Sq tube at about the same time as the one with the bomb.

We feel very humble and lucky to be home and alive.

Thoughts and prayers to all
Gary
