Missing my clunk.

Funny how we can become accustom to the quirky clunks and bangs from our Discos. My TD5 had a lovely clung from the suspension/transmission when changing direction such as roundabouts or tight S bends. However during its service last week some new bushes and a prop joint was fitted. Now no clunk. I know that is a good thing but I miss it all the same. :(

Don't worry as you have a Land Rover, you will soon have a new clunk, then another, and another, you will soon have a little orchestra that will keep you amused on every trip.

If you want I have lots of old parts on mine that make lots of noise - if you want to swap any of your new shiny parts for my old ones we would both benefit.

You would gain a noise again, and I would have one less (so my ears can concentrate better on the others).

The same would apply to anyone else with shiny bits going spare....

As TimothyM pointed out I’m sure another noise will come along soon thanks.
In fact the dashboard seems to be making a new and rather strange noise. It resembles glass gently shattering.
