can anybody confirm the rumour that Godfrey Dowson has died and if he has when and where his funeral will be  thanks
everything in the path of life becomes clear when you get the wipers working .....................mmmmm then theres the washer bottle motor DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH

Pete,

He has died. Was found shot in his house last weekend. A woman was arrested but then released.

VC will probably know when the funeral is likely to be.

I would just like to say that Godfrey was one of the most respected guides that took plenty of people on trips to Morroco and Wales on trips that will stick in their memories for a long time to come and as such will leave a large void in the adventure holiday scene. and I would like to send my condolences to his close family.    pete
