Break out the champaigne and dance with joy.

Had a phone call this morning from a second hand car dealers who have been messing me around since January.
No names of course but bought a second hand SIII county back in January with LPG kit fitted and insurance companies would not touch it unless had saftey certificate(I know what your going to say but if you dont declare it to insurance company under "any modifications" you leave yourself open to having your insuance voided or possable insurance fraud)

Well to cut this short  the guy basicly messed me about for 6 months with broken promises delaying resolutions and down right lies and I wrote them a letter saying sort it in 28 days or it goes to court. Got two calls from him next day which I returned both and never heard from him again for another month. Compleated small calims court application and sent off.
Had over a dozen calls in 3 days at end of last week from him asking me to call him but thought would let him sweat it out a little.
Got a call this morning and hes making full refund
Also spoke to some friends at another 4x4 company and traiding standards are asking them to be independant experts in 4 other cases they are investigating against this company.

How happy was I to hear that this guy is going to be busted not only to see justice done on my part but that he dont rip anyone else off.

Only thing is I'm holding off on canceling the court claim in case cheque bounces  as aparently he's known to do if it does and he wont hand over cash then its court
