Maybe I should explain myself.

I have only washed my motor once since Christmas. That was 2 and a half months ago for the MOT. It looks like I have nothing to do on Sunday and was thinking whether to give it a wash or go and do something else.

get your motor cleaned got to agree with jake if you dont you will regreet it and dont forget that chassis is gonna hold the water between mud and chassis which left for long enough will start the russting process much quicker and when you goto repair you got to clean cos you or mechanic are gonna find it hard to diagnos any faults that may arise and if you give to mechanic to repair hell probably go tell you take a running jump with it for what it costs / asda steam spray at corby northants is  1pound 3 mins and you can leave all the mess there and drive away /hint when i go playing i allways go through a ford after a few times this then helps with the chassis and makes cleaning easier later but i know that the chassis is clean enough for me to leave the rest till later if nescassary

i know they always look better dirty, but i always try to keep mine half clean!

agree with a bove try and prevent rust etc, and if you have any other problems or maintence to do your not fighting through mud!

Got to agree 100%.

By all means play and get dirty, but you've got to take care and clean afterwards otherwise rot and rust will appear in time.
