This may sound stupid but remember all those moons ago when "The Stig" tried to out-accelerate the jet on the aircraft carrier where the stig supposedly died after reaching 109mph and then not being able to brake in time, well did he ACTUALLY die as to me there seems no concrete evidence supporting the fact that he did die

so is it fact or just one big hoax???

this has baffled me for far too long now so must find out!

no

they replaced that stig with a new one, and what better way for a send off than to drive the car off an aircraft carrier.

dont think it was a race with a plane though

thats done on the racetrack with a harrier

Of course it's all a wind-up, as the previous Stig must have wanted out.

IF there'd been any kind of accidental injury (let alone death) the papers would have been all over Clarkson & crew like (select the metaphor of your own choice here.....)

Haven't actually watched it for about 2-3 weeks so no idea what's happening with it now
The last episode I saw was the (gorgeous) Sagaris being 'tracked'
Richard A Thackeray
Defender 110Td5 'Heritage Gone, but not forgotten
Jaguar XKR; X88 JLT, also 'gone, but not forgotten'

Perry McCarthy was the old Stig that 'mysteriously dissapeared' in the ocean.

Does anyone know who the new stig is yet :?:
