Overdrive present?

Look at the picture below.  Would you say there was an overdrive in there?  Long story, but the current owner has now idea and is unable to take any more pictures.  Potential bargain though.

actually,you can just make out what i think is the top of the overdrive lever thats poking up through the spoke o the wheel

So, £50, for the whole car?  Sounds like a bargain to me!  Recipe for divorce also.    :?
