i have just replaced the solinoid in the drivers door for the central locking

then the car went in to have a clutch fitted(removed engine)to do this

i.e..battery diconnected for a day or two

now when i use key fob to activate central locking/alarm

all the car does is lock and unlock itself for a while then
 
stops and the car is unlocked and alarm not on

anyone got any ideas  [-o<

I had that, the second key fob worked better but that started doing the same.
I brought two new fobs at Billing, smaller and neater than the Land Rover ones and it's been fine since.
I can't rememenr the firm but they specialize in Rover alarm systems and I think they were in Sutton Colefield.
Somebody must know?
