you will need air filter,2 oil filters,9 litres of 5w30 engine oil, fuel filter screen wash etc ,a torx 50 or 55 for taking the filler plug out the gbox, for the axles use a 21mm hex socket to remove the plastic plugs anythin else just ask

will look up microcat if you want to find out part nos for filters

I'd consider taking it to an independent specialist for the first service, as they will be able to look at the computer and see if anything's flagged up for attention.  Lots of things may be logged which won't flash up a warning light, but you'd probably want to know about them.  Things like a misfire, air mass flow meter error, fuelling/timing imbalance or crank sensor misalignment may be happening in the background but you wouldn't know without checking the computer.

Given the servicing's only ever 12K miles, I take mine to a garage each time at the moment, but that'll probably change if money gets tight!  Don't take it to a main dealer though, they're usually useless.

two things id like to add/comment the td5 holds more than 7 1/2 litres of oil & if you can get it dexron 3 atf for the manual & auto makes the changes smoother ,also ESR4238 should be around the 12.50 mark
