Now I'm confused......

I thought the Landie was going in to be fixed on the insurance, have you:

A) got another in hiding

B) planned to have it fixed when you come back

C) got the replacement already and plan to put some serious mileage on it.

I will have missed you by now, but hopefully you've brought back some piccys from your trip.

i have the insurance company bloke coming out on tuesday to qoute the work. they will then take it in and supply me with a new shiny disco to play with  8) ....
i was in fife for the day last week. spent most of my time in st andrews and the air base up the road. saw a few take offs ect......was pretty cool to sit and eat lunch watching the pilots play.....

Have you any thoughts on WHERE you want it to go, when I had a claim for my Audi my insurers offered me a list of local 'approved' repairers, and I managed to hassle them into getting it fixed at the Main Stealer.

If you have a local garage you prefer, it might be worth giving them a ring to see if they have done any insurance work before, with a view to ensuring there is no reason that they can be excluded.

Just a thought
