It's easy to remove, just follow the sequence of bolts and it'll come off. That said you'll then find you need to remove and trim the end caps. These you will definately have to cut in half and won't go back on if you ever decide to go back to original look.

Just do what I did and go offroading, with it on and when you get it caught up on something, you'll have a laugh as you rip it off and chuck it in the back of your motor.

I say this as it can bit a bitch to get off useing tools.
Cheers.

They Certainly look a little weird with the valence off and the end caps not cut down! Just drive the lanes till it falls off!!

Here's how I got mine off, went to a site Aston Cantlow I think it is called.

With the help of a ditch I ripped the valence off.
Cheers.

I prefere them removed and end caps cut.
easyly done.
Mine came off in my hands and then i cut the end caps with a Stanley knife.
Took me 30 mins.

Need to get around to cutting the end caps.  It's been like that for a year or so now, I just never got around to doing them.  Looks slightly odd.

I've just received my new copy of 'LRW' (November)  through the post this morning & it's got a picture of a Discovery with an early Range Rover bumper fitted (the original steel one with a starting handle hole) & it suits it very well.

Might be an idea??

If you wanna remove the valance, simpl undo the middle section and cut along the dotted line (well almost dotted) with a jig saw for the end caps and you have a nice off roading bumper......

OR

take it to an off road site, try something you havent done before and it will probably get caught and come off anyway :) Mind you, you'll still need to do the end caps with a jig saw
If I could only find some mud to play in, I would be as happy as the preverbial pig!!!
