Do all 1.3 engines smoke? ive been tryin to get an engine that dont smoke for a few weeks, but ive given up an bought some rings. How easy are they to do, its taken me about 2 hours to strip it totally. just gotta rebuild it. The rings, gaskets an cambelt only cost £100. Bargain! :D

i changed the oil an put stop smoke oil treatment in an it was still chuffin it out. found the oil control rings stuck when i took it to bits. so i think thats the prob. :(

My two dont smoke and if they ever do its Diesel time for me
Remember it will come in handy even if you never use it
