you've got one of these.
Had some boys up the farm putting up a new shed for the past week or two. All finished now

Lorry came to pick up the yellow machine, but got stuck in the field. So I got home from work to find a desperate driver needing a tow. He had to steer the lorry so I jumped into the machine - what an awesome beast, I want one!!

It pulled it out with just a blip of the throttle

looks like it could be the jcb tele handler i get to play with them at work on occasions, lots of fun (especcially the new ones with air con and stereo

Yes Manitou rings a bell.

And yes its a telescopic handler. They had a steel "cage" thet they used to lift themselves up in order to bolt the shed together. Very impressive. It only took 2 blokes to build that shed in a week.

born/raised on a hill farm in wales, and worked for an agri contractor during the summer months for 3 yrs helps (silage/harvesting etc)

plus i used to be a machinery spotter of sorts (i knew my stuff bout farm kit in those days)

god i miss the fresh air!

I used to enjoy driving those machines.  :P  :P  :P

When you've got a couple of tonne bags on the forks you can balance the truck on it's front wheels - always causes some worried faces from people walking past :(biglaugh):
