Now we all like a car cash on soap. Cant beat getting rid of someone in fire and flames to higher ratings BUT.....

.....there a million Metros out there.....

Never mind anyone being sad for watching Emmerdale.

How many of us that watched checked out the transmission gear when it landed upside down. The diffs were actually turning as it went over. I'd have thought they'd have been moving a bit quicker though unless it got knocked out of gear.

I haven't seen that since it was 'Emmerdale Farm' and the most dramatic things were Seth getting a bad pint from Amos, and Jack having a breach calf

I suspect things have changed a bit !

I checked the tyres....

In the opening credits they sometimes show a ford. does anyone know where it is? Usually there's a car going through it with a fair old bow wave.

My excuse is that it's on in the background and I don't normally watch it but when I spotted the landy going over I grabbed the sky+ remote and pressed rewind and watched it.

Is it just me or does he nearly Loose the Landy in the Openign Titles when Hanging the Left turn, looks a bit Light on the rear end to me, Im sure they CUT IT just before the Landy ends up facing in the wrong Direction ? ;) LOL ;)

He was at the Leicester Amateur Radio Show on Friday and doing an appearence in Derby on Saturday.

He spent about 10 minutes talking to me and the missus. He's exactly as he appeared on the program.

I noticed that. Looks like a sharp braking movemnet!! Remember how the A-class did that funny braking thing and rolled over?!?! Looks like its doing that! It will probably appear on an out take on channel 5 in years to come

Given the filming locations, there's not many in Yorkshire.

I'd have to make a point of watching it to be certain.
I don't think it's Bolton Abbey, it mihgt be the one at Reeth that was used in 'All Creatures G&S'
