ARCO outlet today, they're the nationwide industrial safety/clothing/cleaning/maintainance supppliers.
And I thought of you lot, as the nights are drawing in (BST Ends on 30th October & clocks go back)
On special offer was this particular version of the ubiquitous
'Hi-Viz'Now, as the link states, these are normally £29.95 + VAT.
However, the Ossett branch has them at

I'm not certain whether this is a single branch offer, or a company wide promotion.
It might be worth contacting your nearest depot?
I've already got one for wearing to work, one in the Discovery, a new one still in the bag (plus 2 sleeved waist-coats in the Disco)
Still, at that price, I might get another couple to keep to one side (as my usual supply has temporarily dried up)
They're 'worth more than their weight in Gold' when you're out on a dark night, or in foul weather, let alone at an accident scene, or breakdown.
You must have all seen the Police, Ambulance service, Fire Brigade, Council/Motorway contractors in them & noted the distance they show up from when caught in headlights.
I know this sounds like preaching to the (hopefully) converted, or me carrying on, but I've seen the results of drivers not being seen whilst standing at the roadside.
And it's not nice
