Well my 90 has sold now to look for a replacement

My question is

Discovery or Range Rover Classic this one will be used as a spare car and our of road toy....so which one is best thats the millon dollar question

BTW its got to be an oil burner 200TDi

It's a cheap practical vehicle.

You will find more 'Oil burning' Discos about too.

If it has to be a 200 tdi, then there will be more choice of Discos.  That said, why make the decision now ?   Look around for both and if a good one comes up at the right price....  choice made ;-)

Disco 1 prices are all over the shop at the minute and for no good reason that i can see, my father has just bought a very tidy "N" plated 3 door 300tdi for £2400 with a years ticket on it after a lot of looking around and finding loads of 200tdi,s for around 1k more and with more mileage

i say disco but take ur time find a couple to play of each other, the reason for a disco for me was the 300tdi cheap for parts good alround off roader and an everyday car also there are loads of em for sale good luck for ya nxt purchase

MAD George is about to put his K reg 200Tdi Disco up for sale I think, It has been lifted and has mud tyres on it already, its not in bad condition either I believe, I think he mumbled summat about £1500 when i saw him last.

I will say the discos are winning............looked at a RRC I was having a poke around I put my finger through the chassis ..........it had 12 months MOT on it :shock:
