Anyone know how often the oil should be changed in the auto box?? and what else should be done whilst changing it??

The Disco has done around 108k
If I could only find some mud to play in, I would be as happy as the preverbial pig!!!

use dex 3 spec oil aswell,if its just a change you'll need about 8 litres,if filling from dry about 15-20 i think

same here.....my bro who had my dizzy 3.9 before me put around 50k on here and never once lifted the bonet she has done over 140k now, bless........mind you i was gona change ALL the oils while i'm rebuilding the engine anyway.
1995 Discovery 3.9 auto, broken :( ...for now.

I'd rather push my Land Rover than drive a jeep.

If it hasn't been done in a long time, probably worth changing the filter screen too.  I tend to change mine every so often with a change depending how hard I've been using the vehicle
