I'm off to do some family duty up in Harrogate at the weekend, and I'm thinking of getting an optima battery for the disco. No-one will send batteries by post/courier these days, so I'm wondering if there's any good landie shops/suppliers up in the area.

Cheers.

Off the top of my head I can't think of any that direction, there's some Leeds direction if you don't mind travelling a short distance. Might be worth asking in the bar?

There's a very good supplier in Dewsbury (not far from M1 - jct 40), I'm not too sure on Optimas themselves, but he may have an equivilant??

Thank you both.

I'll give valley batteries a ring, and see what he's got.

Cheers again.

No problems, if the phone numbers aren't current, PM/e-mail me & I'll nip over & ask him myself for you (hopefully before the weekend)

The shop's roughly 5-7minutes off the M1 (at posted speed limits, but not allowing for traffic flow)
