Anybody got any ideas if I would need to modify the standard 3.5 V8 running standard SU's if I run a blower through it? :(biggrin):

Check with automotive components,

www.automotivecomp.com

They should be able to answer and advise, they are slightly insane when it comes to tuning.

I've read a few sites which advise against supercharging the V8's as they dont distribute the air evenly to all 8 cylinders. Does this only apply to bodged together kits? I must have thought it was possible with the right gear if there is anyone who has real-world experience?

I don't have a V8 at the moment but will be looking to put a Rover V8 into a high-powered project in a few years time so it's all good info to know!
