:D been busy today fitted in cab winch switches and a waterproof switch box to front grill for winch  :Dgonna be moving box further into grill just havent had time today and imnot that happy with the in cab switches i used existing holes for quickness going to be making a proper housing for them later :D   fitted a nice shiney new chequre plate back door cover :D  and repainted the inside of my spotlights with metalic silver paint now they work well :D all ready for morning will let you know how i get on hopefully with pics regards colin

i drilled tiny pilot hole and put in self tappers

thanks bully so far so good dident damage today had great day been winching most of the day very pleased with the truck working well no mechanicle problems as yet all good  :D regards colin

Im waiting for a rear door cover. Will be self tapping mine on so that its easier to get to the door internals should a need arise.

I thought of self tappers but my rear load area gets some hammer so i just went ahead and riveted it on...my rear door has been through a couple of wars looking at it!
As for difficulty of removal...its  probable as quick with a battery drill! Longer to put back and you have to use more rivets.
