Anyone have any info on the Wer'wolf mine proof troop carrier/ambulance. Its a big 'ol thing, 4x4 made(I think) by HEK in Namibia
Anyone got one, or know of one?
Anyone got pictures?
Go on....cut me in half........it says SUZUKI all the way thru the middle!!

Yup, its the one out the video, Ive never been.....attracted....... to military stuff until now, and I find it strangely alluring. Looks hard as nails!
Cant find one surplus anywhere in the world tho, Maybe the gorillaz have got one going cheap.......

i work in iraq and we use them on  our company in baghdad, bloody awful
they are i.e.d. proof and bullet proof too they were designed in namibia, as the man says they're on a man chassis and powered by a man straight six diesel with turbo everything on this wagon is over engineered it's a welder/fabricators nightmare i did my conversion course on them about 12 months ago not very comfortable at all got an even worse mpg than a petrol hummer-about 4 to the gallon if that i think the best thing that it has going for it apart from the obvious things is if an axle gets blown off all you do is just bolt another one back on and away you go would'nt you be better off with a stally or something similar?

the reason you can't find one anywhere in the world is because they're all out here doing some kind of security work-have you tried south africa? or even baghdad?

Met a guy in namibia who's mate had one of those, was used in a seal video years ago.
