Right, to start off with I don't know this chap, I got a couple of Disco rear crossmember mounting brackets off him through Ebay and I thought I'd share it with you.

He makes and sells the Disco rear crossmember mounting brackets and the retail for £13.50 each or £25.00 a pair + P&P.
Now I've not seen anyone else selling just the brackets, they only seem to sell the whole crossmember at over £100 and if anyone that was at Belgium remembers the state of my bracket then you'll know why it needs replacing!!  :?

The chap I got them from is Ron Maughan and his email address is ronmaughan@hotmail.co.uk

He also makes Defender Bulkhead repair sections and, I think they are, Disco out sills.

Within the next few weeks he's going to start producing Defender Footwells, Galvanised fueltank brackets that come with stainless nuts & bolts plus galvanised seatbelt mounting brackets that fit to the chassis. I take it these will be for the Defender.

I'll let you know what the brackets are like when they arrive but for the meantime here's a couple of photos for you.

P.S - I couldn't think of anywhere else to put this post but if one of the Mods thinks it should be elsewhere then feel free to move it.

Well, on mine the crossmember is still good, it's just the mounting that's gone so I'm going to give it a go.

He has extended the plate to bridge any rusty bits that are left after the old mounting has been removed so I'm hoping that'll be enough.  :D

I know there are a few places that sell the sills and the bulkhead repair but not sure about the other stuff. I just thought it may be a good contact if someone was looking for these type of parts.

Got the crossmember mounts through today and they are well made.
Laser cut, machine welded and there is a thicker piece of plate where the mounting will site.  :D

I got a set of bulkhead repair panels of him a few weeks ago, top quality and very good service. Reasonable price too.
