It's nice and warm in the house.  A clear bright day outside but I'm guessing it's going to be cold.

So where's my motivation to grovel around under the 101 getting grit in my eyes, trying to rewire the starter circuit?

Now I have to do some paperwork

I'm indoors working this morning. Pondering over whether to buy a particular Disco that I looked at yesterday is very off putting though

I'd like to, don't get me wrong. Just making sure in my own mind, and waiting for the AA to get back to me with confirmation on a couple of items from the Car Data Check  Still, there's plenty more out there, and this one's a diesel manual (I'm looking for a v8 auto ideally) although it's a really good example that's never been offroad...

Off to Sarah's grandparents for lunch in a little while though. It certainly looks cold outside

Cheers

I wish.

Well, I've glared at the starter motor a lot, and tried various things to no avail, but on the bright side I've run some new wiring for an additional fuse box, and fitted my new air horn.

Now all I need is the fuse box...  Halfords and the local motor factors looked at me blankly.  Any recommendations as to where to buy a fuse box, apart from a scrapyard?  I just want some spare space to wire in some bits and pieces.

The hybrid is a pain, been sorting problems out on it since i got it, all electrical, the wiring is pants, looks like its been stored in a field, and damp is attacking all the contacts and relays.

Wd40 is working overtime at the mo

If I have to go into it and re plug all the connections it will take me two days I reckon looking at the mess

Been out and 'twas a bit chilly on the fingers.  CB now fitted but jibed at doing the swivel housing seals.  Still no snow, but damp and cold. Roast chicken   T'Other Arf's in Antiga with youngest daughter who's getting married out there.  Think I'll go for a bar meal. :D
