Any decent hi-lift stockist should have them.  It's a genuine hi lift part

Send a few emails around to the normal suppliers.

That's interesting, not seen one before.

Do they work well?  Any problems?  OK on steel & alloys?

I was thinking of the 101, but given the body sticks out a long way from the wheels, maybe not.

I got the adaptor from Devon4x4.  I tested it and it worked fine.  Handy for my frontera as no real place to jack from apart from under body.  Also it allows you to just lift one wheel to get the waffles under.
