Do I win.... (or is this cheating???)

Was a mint Td5 Hartop with 23,000 miles on it...

I didn't crash it, or own it, but I now have the engine and gearbox from my 90" rebuild (thanks to local Land Rover breaker)

Couldn't we tell

However considering u had only had a it week I thought you took it pritty well.  My RRC is much older and its my pride and joy but its nice to use it as it was designed, occasionally

I hope it didn't put you off, as I think there was more than you learned a lesson on Sunday (isn't highensight wonderfull).  That plastic stuff is pritty flexable if you had been pulled out forwards probably wouldn't have been any damage.  Did you get it sorted.

Rang a couple of breakers who were quoting £200 ish for a 2nd hand bumper. Picked myself up off the floor and decided to try glue/plastic weld/fibre glass/blu-tac/ sellotape! Gonna give it a go today...
