Will a defender bumper fit a series?

pretty certain they will cos the chassis sticks out the same way on both.

unless the width is different

It was the width I was thinking of. Anyone know if the rails are the same distance apart on Series and Defenders?

i would imagine they arent far off cos u can drop a lump from a defender into an older series and the engine mountings need to be spot on.

the 90 and the series have a different style of mounting to the front dumb irons IIRC (since the series has spring hangers in the way)

Hence, I'm not sure it's just a straight swap.  Granted it'd always fit with a bit of subtle adjustment, but that's rather against the point I would have thought.

Thought they were still just the 2 bolts pointing downwards?

a def bumper will fit a series & vice versa as seen a s3 with a rapier winch bumper & one with a def bumper,just the def bumper is wider to protect the eye brows
