This question has probably been asked a million time before, but.... Is it possible to modify a 90 bulkhead to fit a series 3?? Mines not in great shape, but i know where i can get hold of a good priced new 90 one. Cheers all.

Why not replace all the rusty parts and have a new series bulkhead...
Replacment pannels are not expensive....

Thanks, I had thought of that. Mine is going at the top corners and looks as though it has been patched before. Is it an involved job repairing them at hat location? Or would it just be easier and better in the long term to replace the whole thing?

If you take the wings off and the doors you have a very good access to most of the sides. Its a big job to replace the whole thing. You have all the wiring loom to disconnect to start with and on a series its a big job then all the rest off the pain in the a*se things to start on.... I would have a look at it first and see what access you have. I took the wings off floors out and doors off to do mine.....alot easyer
