Definitely moving back to the Midlands - as of 3pm we own a place in Grantham.

Just got to sell this one (Kent) and do that one up

No chance - SWMBO goes back in hospital on the 2nd of Jan (no laning for me on the b/hol mon) for the fifth (and hopefully final) time.  Then we need to sell this place. Can't move till its sold as will have two moprtgages .  The idea is the equity from this will pay off the mortgge on the Grantham property :D

Thanks.  At least owning both means we can redecorate the one 'up there' at leisure, and shift most stuff up there in advance.  Especially stuff like motorbike & landrover spares (the bikes eill go up anyway, and I might even leave the 2A up there as well.

Anyone in the Kent area got a 2-bike trailer I can borrow for a weekend?
