Started had to drive to work in a blizzard, on way home more snow to drive in so took the hilly scenic route home, and to cap it all, had to turn a Jag round on the hill and drag it up backwards LIFES GOOD.

I don't think most environmentalists tend to drive Jags.

And as I've said before...  wanting to protect the environment and driving a 4x4 are not necessarily incompatible.  I am concerned about the environment and I know various other people here are too...  you could even regard me as a tree hugger.   :wink:

It's a fair cop!  But that doesn't mean I don't see a valid use for 4x4s, or that I think laning should be banned.

In fact, I nearly went to the anti-capitalist demonstrations in London a couple of years back, but I thought it might not go down well when I turned up in the Range Rover  :lol:

as well as being a sales person and qualified teacher, my real background is that of environmental biologist with a slant towards sustainable regeneration such as coppicing and correct woodland management, to do such tasks with the national trust i usedf a series 3, . At last im out .............IM A TREE HUGGER . ( and JAG puller) he and his familly were very glad i was in a landy
