As many of you regulars know i picked up my shinny new (to me) v reg disco td5 10 days ago. went out in it this week and when i returned some little git has seen fit to kick the n/s headlamp washer unit off and push the headlight off its mountings   :x  :(bigcry): not a happy bunny, managed to fix the headlight but the little darlin nicked the washer unit!!!!  if i catch the poor misunderstood perisher i'll give him "some feed back" on how i feel :!:  :!:
It was already broke when i got here... honest!

Little B*******

I'm afraid a new one will be called for, someone keeps selling them on eblag, I wouldn't be suprised if he's got some on there now.

You need to wire the next one up to the mains, might make them think twice then (or it'll kill one more off which isn't a bad thing).

I heard someone local bought a nice shiny new Bullbar and some really expensive stainless driving lights.  He spent quite a bit getting security bolts to bolt the lamps to the bar.

One morning he went outside to find someone nicked the bar along with the lights !

Just goes to show, some people will nick anything even if its bolted down !

Iraq justice is the way to go, just cut their bloody hands off, seems fair.

It seems bull bars are relatively easy to unbolt so might be worth putting a security stamp on them. Maybe get a punch kit and put your registration on them.

I'm sorry, I got no time for theives at all.

Wire the thing up to the mains supply.
Cover it with hydrofloric acid
fill it with napalm with a tilt detecting detonator

I was taking to a guy who does chemical removal for waste disposal company. Full haz chem the works . He is waiting for a new "space suit" as they need to remove 1000 litres of hydrofloric.....not nice work if you can get it!

When you fit new shiny things, you should get a welding set and weld the nuts onto the bolts as I do, also stamp numbers on them if you need to, but I have seen numbers ground off, So I weld a couple of spots in hard to reach { with a grinder } areas and take photo's, thieves will not notice the extra welds, and you have photographic proof.
