Anybody know of the address for Mini Trailers .com, as the web site doesnt give an address.
Reason, i bought a set of there Range Rover classic front and rear lights, all with led bulbs. When they arrived they didnt have LED bulbs, and had been stuck together by a crippled monkey with a glue gun.
I returned them, explaining i wasnt excepting them, as not as i ordered, and not fit for purpose, first pot hole, and they would fall apart. But now chasing them for my money back, after 3 months.
So any info would be appreciated.
Please note, i cannot comment on there other products, but the service i have recieved has been terrible.
Doh!, while typing this, its dawned on me, DHL have there address, as i sent back the lights with them, just didnt expect all this hassle.

Oh trust me, i have been onto the credit card people, MASTERCARD, given them copy of returns paperwork from DHL, but still no money back, they say they are "looking into it".
Thanks for the address, i can feel a round trip coming on, Kingsland Engineering, to discuss my warrenty on my guilotine, Electrox to discuss my warrenty on my Laser profiling machine, then i will be in a good mood for Mini Trailers, at 6'4" and 15 1/2 stone, i make my appointment when i turn up.

well mate you are not the only one who has had problems with them
i oredred a set of headlights from them about 4 weeks ago. or was it 5 .....i cant remeber now. they said it would be about a week before i got them which was fine by me. a week and a half past with still nothing. trying to contact them was a complete nightmare. took 5 days of constant calling to eventully speak to someone. all i was getting was either a fax machine or an answer phone with a different message each day. now i was callin 20-30 times aday.
the answer messages ranged from a training day to a factory visit to a break down.
when i did get hold of them he told me they had been returned to them by mistake. i would have them on the thursday. thursday came and went as did friday , saturday . i tried contacting them again but got the same trouble as the first time i tried. 4 days later i got hold of him again. the excuse i was given this time was that the post office had my lights on hold as they were queering my post code. after a quick cheack they had the right post code all along so cant see what stopped them delivering them, or was that an excuse hmmmmm. :?
a week later my lights arrived. the service i got was alot less than i expected. i havent fitted my lights yet as my disco was hit by a hit and run so is being repaired at the mement but the lights look good. i hope you get yours sorted out. let us know how you get on.....
