well i was set up really, only been there since august this year, managed to get a hernia lifting some heavy gear, went on sick about 3 weeks ago,(sick notes from doctor) they asked me to go back on light duties after my sick note ran out on the 23rd, so i happily did and they sacked me in the first hour !! very good.

if you have legal aid with household insurance use that for legal advice,

Trust me employers (some off them) can and will decide to get rid of you anytime thay wish, I have done it and had it done to me me ...I got wise to my impending removal had been intouch with a solictitor before i was releaved of my duties Lost my job at 11am the first solicitors letter went in at 1pm took 4 weeks to settle out of court

the hardest thing was sorting out my reference from them.

so take legal advice you should be able to claim for the injury aswell

Darren
