I mean.....how "yorkshireman-like" is wanting to syphon the fuel in your car out?!?!
Pop the pipe feeding into the fuel filter and leave the ignition on the electric pump will do it for youYou could raise the back of the motor to aid the syphoning, but they can be a pain to get the pipe inOr look in the floor in the back, pop the screws off the sender unit in the top of the tank and syphon from there (whoops thinking disco again, sorry)

Looks like I'm leaving him about 13-14gallons in Unless the oxygen tubing I 'borrowed' will dip down into the tank in the morning
