Breakdown recovery - Saving a few quid
« on: January 03, 2006, 11:03:58 »
Mrs D pointed me in the direction of this Web site from a recent TV program by the same chap. The site it's self lists lots of money saving tips and isn't there to sell you summat which is a refreshing change.. unless you buy the chaps book.

More importantly for me as a 101 Ambi owner, I'm currently with the AA, there are all sorts of horror stories as to the experience of other 101 owners when it comes to breakdown recovery. I read this article which gives an alternative to the normal breakdown recovery operators at a fraction of the price. The article is well worth a read , especially if you have a large truck such as a 101 Ambi like mine.
