Can anyone please tell me what size and type the 2 bolts are that go in the front diff to hold the bracket on for the stearing damper?

LC 80 series 1993. 285/75/16s Cooper STTs, OME 850s on the front with 25mm packer, 868s on the rear. 4.88 diffs. Winch bumper with 12000lb winch. Factory lockers. HD rear bumper with wheel carrier and winch mount.

9/16 unf I think don't know the length. Have to get some for mine to fit rear diff guard.

Thanks, I was told they are 3/8 unc, so I have some coming. I will let you know if they fit!!

PS where in shropshire are you Dave?

You will soon know if they were coarse or fine thread, cant you see the threads in the holes

Works out these are 3/8 BSF x 3/4 inch long.

I'm in Telford. I was told 9/16 unf by the bod who sold me ther ear diff guard which I have'nt fitted yet! Will go to Roean Land rovers  :D  in Telford and ask them!

Diff guard fitted yesterday, had to shorten the bolts I got, hammer needed to get guard on!! :twisted:
