« on: January 07, 2006, 16:49:45 »
Hi,

Anyone help, apart from suggest that the bucket of poo makes another trip to the dealer!

Under Load I have what I can only describe as a missfire feel to the gear lever, it jumps about all over the place, I took the powerbox off today to ellimate that and it still does it.....

Anyone got any experience?

If it's got 5k on the clock, don't waste your time.  Take to the dealer and look grumpy.

I will, just preparing for the " they're all like that mate" or "sorry sir we can't sen to fault it"

At motorway speeds it also sounds very "wheel bearingey" from the back end!

Not even 5k on the clock and never gotten dirty!

Dealer time!

Sorry Sir, We Couldn't Fault The Vehicle,

So I asked then to sort the O/S Rear tail lamp.......

" what would you like us to do with it? "

Either empty it and seal it, or buy me a gold fish to live in it!

its due its 12 monthly service at the end of March..... anyone know of a good main agent....... will travel for the best one!

this may not be of help FUDGE but give JR at SAWTRY or  WICKEN 4X4 a ring and find out if either of them can help, both very good but i don't know if they can carry out warranty service work.

You should consider taking it to JSF in Norwich for the service, Mark. They work to the LR approved service menu and even do overspill work for Hunters (main dealer). Their servicing is half the price too  :D

It may not give you a main agent service history, but the stamps still show as a Land Rover specialist.

We now have our Freebie done by them.
