Polybush

Can anyone give me some advice about polybush kit for a range rover classic 1985 3.5 efi?
Do I buy polybush or land rover? or buy another make?
Hubby`s birthday 28th need advice!
The car is used for laning/offroading and road use.

i had the same problem as you but decided to go with polybush(orange) as i beleive the blue kits will knock the s"£$t out off your teeth, hardest part off the job was removing all the old Landrover rubber mounts had to set fire to them to burn rubber out of centres(of course a press would have been better) so far every thing is ok.

:D go for polybush they will last longer better ride go for orange  :D

I have Polybush Blue fitted to my 1992 Disco. Along with De_Carbon shocks. The best ride ive ever had from a disco. :)

Make sure you go for the Genuine Polybushes too. Not the Deflex ones. But someone will say otherwise.

the only downside ive found with polys is the fact that on road they are great but in the mud etc they wear away the metal of say the radius arms over time so when you go back to LROE the bush falls straight through the hole

Thats where regular maintenance comes into its own. :D  :D

no my fault that it took 4 years to wear the polys out    :lol:  got standard rubber in my racer n wouldnt notice the difference,only thing ive done is replace the standard rubber top bushes o the procomp rear shocks with yella polys as it had a habit of munching them on compsafaris

I suppose you would wear things out on the racer, quicker than MUM on the school run. :)
