Take care what you post

I just reading a few things and would just like to point out that slating people or companies isnt big or clever. You could land yourself or more importantly Mud Club in bother.
Mud Club is free and we all enjoy being allowed to post just about anything we want but lets not forget we should be self regulating. I dont want people thinking we are a bunch of moaners, everyone I have met has been great - lets keep it that way.
Most people know i had a close call but resisted posting names until i had a chance to speak to the company concerned, to be fair they were very helpfull and extremely apologetic....think it through.

AGREED..........................but sometimes information needs tobe gathered about certain ,products ,situations ....I guess what you are saying is be carefull with the wording, and gather facts first.MISTAKES happen ! sometimes nobody is at fault other times they are, any forum is about sharing information,but sometimes a little more thought needs togo into gathering that INFORMATION. :D

A lot of it is down to wording, like with these two sentances:

In my opinion xyz ltd are rubbish as they didn't send me my goods.

xyz ltd are rubbish and don't send you the goods.



One is OK the other isn't.

I've managed to post things quite innocently and wind people up as they have interpreted the wording in a different way to how I intended it.  :oops:
