Yes it was a Granada ..2 door version which you dont see anymore at all but the The style of the Life on Mars just remided me of the Sweaney!!

Wasnt the Cortina GXL V6 or 2.00??..I know they could move for an Old car my mate used to have one..

Then before that it was the Cortina Lotus Twin cam..

I feel Old now

Shame
They've been doing so well at recreating the '70s
In the latest episode there is a scene by a transport cafe.
In the back ground is an old Foden tanker.
In the reflection of the cafe window is a new(ish) DAF or Volvo unit.
Great series though.

Don't you just love it when continuity or the script writers get it wrong.

Take the 11th hour.

They "lifted" a DECT phone from a guy and listened in to his conversation.
Not on any of my DECT phones you don't.

Also if the doctor and nurse could find the girl at her home address as could the boyfriend, why couldn't the police get the address from the 999 call for an ambulance.

Patrick Stewart Great actor.
D3 Nice motor.

Shame about the script. I do hope it gets better.

Back to Life on Mars. Surely the coma is all part of the plot and is being expanded upon as the series goes.

I loved my 3.0 V6 Capri MkI with the bag of coal as an added extra in the boot to keep some form of traction.

I had a 3.0ltr Granada and a Consul (2.0l)

Give me a 2.5 PI Triumph though any day.
