I love paddocks :)
« on: February 10, 2006, 12:02:59 »
Been looking all over the web for a water pump for me v8.
Had a few quotes...
£190
£150
£102

Now the funny thing is i all ways use paddocks, but i never thought to ring them.....i was having a blonde moment  :?
Then lisa said *why dont you try paddocks?*
so i did  :D
Got the pump, a dizzy cap and rotor arm for just over £30  :D  :D
So once again i'd like to say...I LOVE PADDOCKS  :D

Yep, it always amazes me how much they go for on eBay. You could set up a nice little business based on buying them from Paddocks and flogging them on eBay!

Being in the motor industry, I can get some good prices for parts, but I can't get a water pump for the price Paddocks are selling them at.

what do they mainly deal in, and whats their number?

I only ordered mine (water pump) yesterday so it hasn't arrived yet. Think it was about £35 from memory.

I've seen them go on eBay for £60!

The cheapest V8 pump I can find on their web site is £29.40. Most of them are from £35-£45. I hope they are sending you the right one!

Paddocks are great. I just ordered the safari snorkel for Johnty's birthday aswell as something else but forgot a minor detail. Anyway Paddocks phoned me like 20 minutes after I placed the order just to get the detail I forgot (can't say too much as Johnty might see this) so hopefully next week his birthday pressies will arrive all present and correct
