bloody heck! chopper landing

heard a loud noise outside and in the field adjacent to us a bloody helicopter has landed scaring the bejesus out of the dogs in the kennels

its a privately owned one

can i complain the the fuzz about it?

depends i suppose he might have landed due to a fault if he has landed for  reason other than felt like it u might be able to

that looks miles away from your house, i get all sorts of mititary stuff over my house very regualary, most be on a flight path or something.

Looks like an R44. Lucky it wasn't a jet turbine, then that would have been loud :D

You may be lucky and he was just visiting friends on a one off.

A few years ago a military 'copter was forced to land in a field next to the main road about 6 miles away from here.

Within the hour one of the local 'comedians' had placed a sign on the grass verge.

trust me it was very close

maybe 200ft from where i was standnig

bearing in mind the sod was hovering and was closer to my house at one point where i could make out facial features :(

anyway i was in chester zoo on friday and what should fly low overhead was one of them new airbuses

380 or something innit?

big ugly thing!

in airbus livery flying away from manc airport i think (couldnt get my bearings correct as i couldnt see landmarks

There was something on the radio about this yesterday, must admit I was only half listening. Bloke on Jeremy Vine's tabloid radio show talking about nuicance neighbours.

Helicopter landing about 20 ft from someones garden fence. You can land on agricultural land up to 28? days a year with landowner's permission. If the helicopter owner also owns the land, he can do what he likes.

Local Authority/CAA/Police were all useless, blaming each other :roll:

Used to live in chester it would be what we call the dolphin head it flys to aero space in broughton bringing and taking the wings to france
