Not sure Neil but not many 200 had them so i would think they would be the same run though to the 300. I had to take mine off when we did the front axle remember  as there was no mounts on it. Still got them if you need to compare.

Not sure Neil but can't see why not.
That is if the 200 has the brackets on it, mine does not have the brackets on it, Ed's has the brackets but as far as we know has never had a bar fitted but the 300 and 200 have the same chassis.
Why on earth do you want to fit a anti roll bar to one anyway, it will just hinder you articulation (is that spelt right??).
Not sure if it will effect the MOT, if it is fitted from new and you remove it then I believe it is a MOT failure but not sure the other way round.

Many of the 200 had mounts but didnt come with them...i always thought the mot guys could only test what was there. I doubt many of them would know. Mine flew throught the mot with a 3 link front end , non standard suspension allround so i think you would have to go to the wrong place , so to speak.

I know what you are saying and the guy who does my MOTs would very likley know as he works for a 4x4 garage and lives and breaths Land Rover.
The problem is that with the introdution of the computerised MOT it will be posible to write the software to know by the VIN No if the vehicle was fitted with one from new and therefore prompt the tester.
That is not the real problem, the problems start when you are unfortunate enough to have an accident and along comes the insurance man and says "the anti roll bar has been removed from this vehicle and not declaired on the policy" [rub hands] insurance invalid, have a nice day!!!!!!

And that dear boy is why you are a muppet(not meant personly but to anyone who doesnt) if you have a modified 4x4 (or anything else) and dont declare it.
Lets face it they could get all funny about that non-standard bumper in a crash...not as much damage if you hadnt got it fitted etc. Insurance companies make lots of profit , why??? because they dont pay out unless they have to. They will always look for a way out.
My disco is on a modded policy with every change listed. I also have lots of dated photos and keep all my paperwork. So far it has had advisory notices for water in lamps etc....but not on anything modified.

Not taken personly as I am 50 years old so not a boy and all mods declared on insurance so not a muppet.
As you say an insurance assesser is not there to assess how much you are going to get but how little they are going to pay.
They are NOT on your side!!!
