Why has this thread been moved to general chat? Matt never reads the general chat threads so he wont see it here now. Grrr. I was hoping the mods would have left it in defender after I put the bit in saying sorry I know it is in the wrong area but..............

Oh well never mind. It wont be a suprise for him anymore and I will just have to tell him. Boring suprise that will be  :(

Even some of my post has been deleted. In the original post I put sorry I know this is in the wrong area but Matt_H only reads posts in the defender and for sale and wanted section.

I thought you mods were better than this. You could have done what ever you wanted to the thread after a week or so when his birthday has been celebrated etc.

thanks gentle germs and lardies :-)

had a great day - thanks to paj's-people... sorry could resist a pans-people pun.. Thanks to the organisers, jo in yer shogun for being great, the two guys in the shiny one and of course tamsin, ian and veronica for making me brithday weekend

True I do tend to read just a couple of forums, although recently have spread my wings somewhat..

Broken some more things (nothing apart from interior light whilst off road though), the new clunk will be investigated next week perhaps after the fuel pump has been re-conned and fitted!

I'm thinking of organising a chartity lane session down this way for one of the cancer charities Veronica is abig supporter of, and also wondering if there were any local groups who helped people who couldn't get into the country side through whtever kind of disability did.  I'd like to volunteer me and the car to help people enjoy more :-)

not sure what i've broken - there is just a dul clunk at low speeds like something is knocknig somewhere - tis not cvs and doesnt appear to be props.. the only thing I can think of is bushes but just not sure.. she's into safari to have the inj pump taken off so I've asked that they have a look for something obvious I've missed when they can get her on the ramp.
