3.9 hot wire ecu test,
« on: March 09, 2006, 19:36:47 »
Hello everybody, can the mass knowledge base of mud club help me, please,

I am looking for test procedures for the ECU, as in what voltages i should expect going into, and out from the ECU.
I had this for the old 3.5 flapper type, but cant seem to find one for the hot wire.

We swapped all the sensors with known good ones, and still the same, so want to test wiring and ECU.
I have rave, but cant seem to find any voltage data.

Any ideas please?

There's a test procedure in the suppliment to the Haynes manual, if that is not comprehensive enough you need the Land Rover manual on CD.  Alternatively try checking the ECU by substitution.
