We shall have to see how the V8 engines perform compared to the V10.

I read a quote from Ron Dennis, chief CEO of McLaren today and he claims that if the Torro Rossa team start getting a few points all the other team principles will be very vocal about it.
I take it from that, they will complain then and get the Red Bull B team thrown out of the championship.
We'll see what happens

sadly after all the decades ive watched formula 1. the last few years has turned int a joke ,i still watch it but feel the politics has ruined a truly international sport ,with changing rules every 5 minutes and allowing races to run with only a handfull of cars, because the others have the wrong tyres. just makes a mockery of it all:evil:  when.s it all gonna end

what ever happened to the 4x4 stuff they used to show on eurosprt? now that was a good watch

F1 has kind of gone downhill latley. I still watch it, but I find much more Entertainment in the Australian V8 Supercars, if anyones seen that then they take real talent to drive, 700bhp, RWD Saloon cars with no Traction Control around tracks like Bathurst and Adilade.

It's actually been quite entertaining, Due to Kimi's Dance with death (I think it was Rear Spoiler failing...) All cars on track at once, that's what Quali's all about :D

The first and second sessions where so exciting!!
Kimi has all the bad luck too
The third session was a bit dull for the first 10 mins but it picked up.
Jenson 3rd on the grid
That'll do me.
Now its down to the race and the reliability of the new engines and cars.
Lets see.

i'll watch the start, and maybe the first few laps, but wont bother with the whole race

i thought the v10 engines were allowed but have been limitted down to low revs and maybe an intake restriction. any team can use them if they want, not just the paupers.

personally i prefer saloon car style racing.
anything like the australian v8s, or nascar, or even the BTCC. its all better than single seat racing of any variety. Champ car can be ok, but thats only since they introduced the push-to-pass feature, where the driver has a limited amount of time on a very high turbo boost pressure.

its starting to look like the v10 has better straightline speed, but less poke out of the corners.

the other thing with the v8 is its physically smaller, so the car is more aerodynamically efficient, with cleaner airflow to the rear wing, so they can allegedly corner faster.

and wayhay, ferrari just did a 50 second pitstop!
someones head is gonna roll for that

Good race actually, some of Button's moves into turn 1 were stunning, and Rosberg is showing a lot of potential.

Excellent race. Kimi 20th to third is something for the others to think about and young Rosberg is more than just a pretty face especially with a Cosworth V8 behind him.

Shame some of the action happened during the adverts.
Why can't they put a delay in the transmission so the ads can  be shown but we still see ALL the race.
