wot were the bbc in
I would have welcomed them on board no probs to just prove how responsible we are.
Thank goodness you didn't go tearing around. Call me paranoid, but I would not have trusted the press what with the popularity of anti 4x4. They might have been fishing for an anti 4x4 story.

They might have been fishing for an anti 4x4 story.I'm of the opinion we need to get the press on board. We cant just keep hiding because we dont want to risk them making an anti 4x4 story. We need to get them out with us and let them see how responsible offroad drives act.If they come out with us and see our driving on lanes within guidelines such as those set out by GLASS they cant twist the story to suit them. There are however always going to be the members of the press or any group against us who will try and twist things to suit them e.g. as we have seen before using pay and play sight photos and sighting them as antisocial 4x4 drivers destroying the countryside.I would rather see the good in the person before the bad as I think we need to make our voice heard not only through GLASS etc but as individuals who have a shared intrest in the countryside as a whole
