Ok, two answers:

1) Quick answer - Mud-Club, it might sound corny, but the first thing I have to do in a morning is check my emails and read all the new posts on here, repleat the same about every 10 minutes throughout the working day, then go home and think about Mud-Club. (Sad I know   )

2) Thought out answer - give me time, I'm thinking

Right, I'm back.

I've had a thing and it has to be SWMBO, everything revolves around her, I spend probably 1/3rd of a day asleep, 1/3rd of the day at work, and the other third is spent trying to make sure she is OK, having a good time etc

I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

I think it's the spontaneous depolorisation of the cells within the sinoatrial node.  At least it is until I get a shiny quartz version.
