It Produces one spark and one spark only? Now and again!
It's Got me totally Baffled?

check the cdi unit that controls all the engine sparks etc :lol:  :lol:

"g" reg  1990 i think?  totally baffling? Working ok in the Bike? Transffered it and the wiring harness from the bike into my Quad and Nought but one spark now and again?

could it be pick up coil??

or bad earth? just guessing really.  had something similar on my ktm. after a lot of tracing i found out it was the reg/rec. she was doing a few weird things

Dennis the bike is now a quad or should i say the bikev engine and harness are now in the quad?
As i said loadsa Fun! And im Baffled?

still the same principal so no different really  :wink: . used to work on kwak quads that were used as ground maintainance vehicles  :wink: even drove one for a while.
the mac was brillaint mate. came in 36th in the end. not bad for our first attempt. we have already booked our place for next year  8) . if the quad aint too far away mate i might be able to pop up or down at some point.  :wink:  or atleast run through a few checks for you to try mate
