ive got a v8 disco and it doesn't seem to have this bit, what is it

thats the disco "handbag" basicly its a cross between a cubby box and a ruksack.
As far as I know you can take it out and carry it with you

that looks like a lesser spotted picnic bag.

The 200 series had three options.

A cubby Box, A Picnic Bag, or nothing at all.

The picnic bag was, AFAIK a removabale fabric cubby box.

yeh it was

i have the original 200 series brochure if you really want to find out but i had a trekkers cubby box in mine instead

they seem to come up on ebay as well fairly regularly normaly go for abot £15 - £20
