200/300Tdi fuel pump part number (metallic tag on it)
« on: June 01, 2004, 17:47:19 »
People Hi,

I would like to ask for a big favour.

Would it be possible for someone to check the part number quoted on the metallic tag mounted on the diesel fuel pump of the 200 or the 300 Tdi Discovery engines? The defender one must be the same so this is also more than welcome.

Part number should be starting with VE 4/11 and then a series of letter and/or numbers.

Thank you in advance for your kind efforts and input

Take care

dawdler thank you for your swift reply,

I was actually looking for the BOSCH part number (this is the one quoted on the metallic tag on the fuel pump's body)

But it is good to have the LR part numbers also.

The trouble is that I have to have the BOSCH part number in order to be able to locate the proper diaphragm's spring which is needed.

thanks again for your kind input anyway.

Take care
